How to import playlists from the KaraFun Player 2

If you’ve upgraded to the new version of KaraFun, you can easily import your playlists from KaraFun Player 2. This feature ensures that all your saved playlists are transferred and ready to use in the updated version without losing your favorite songs.

  1. Install the KaraFun program on the same computer where KaraFun Player 2 is installed.
  2. Launch KaraFun and log in to your account.
  3. If you have playlists on KaraFun Player 2, a window titled “Your KaraFun Player 2 playlists” should automatically appear.
  4. If the window doesn’t open, go to “Settings,” then select “KaraFun Player.”
  5. Click “Import.”
  6. A confirmation message will appear indicating that the import was successful. Click “OK.”
  7. Your playlists from KaraFun Player 2 are now available in KaraFun.

Tips

  • To successfully import your playlists, both programs must be installed on the same device. If you changed computers, reinstall KaraFun Player 2, log in to your account, and follow the steps above.
  • The new version of KaraFun allows up to 300 playlists, each containing a maximum of 500 songs. If your older playlists exceed this limit, they will be split into multiple playlists.
  • Playlists can only be transferred using this import method; manual transfers from KaraFun Player 2 will not work.
  • You're free to continue using KaraFun Player 2 if you wish; however, we do not recommend it, as it is outdated and will no longer receive updates or support. Please note that we won't be able to provide assistance if you encounter any issues while using it.
