How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your KaraFun subscription at any time. This guide explains how to manage or stop your subscription depending on where you originally purchased it.

If you subscribed directly on the KaraFun website, log in to your account.
Go to My Account.
Select Manage subscription and payments.
Click Cancel my KaraFun subscription to stop your renewal.

If your subscription was purchased through another provider, follow the appropriate steps below:

Apple App Store: Subscriptions purchased through Apple must be cancelled via your Apple account. Learn how to cancel by visiting Apple’s cancellation guide.
Google Play Store: Subscriptions purchased through Google must be cancelled via your Google Play account. Learn how to cancel by visiting Google’s cancellation guide.

Tips

You can restart your subscription anytime from your account page.
You may cancel right after purchasing, and your subscription will remain active for the entire paid month.
