This article explains how to find your invoices in KaraFun, depending on where your purchase was made.
- If your purchase was made on our website (not via the app): Log in to your account, go to My Account, then open My orders. You can download or print your invoices directly from this page.
- If your purchase was made via the Play Store, App Store, or Amazon Store: Invoices are issued by the platform itself. You should have received each invoice by email at the time of purchase, and you can also find them in your Google, Apple, or Amazon account.
Tips
- For Pro subscribers: if you need to add company information to your invoices, you can do so from your account profile. Any information added there will automatically update all your existing invoices.
- Please note that KaraFun does not send invoices by email for purchases made on our website.
- Invoices are kept for 5 years in your account and are automatically deleted afterward. We recommend saving them systematically if you need to keep a copy.
