How does the subscription work?

This article explains how the subscription works on KaraFun, including how it starts, billing details, cancellation options, and pricing differences.

Unlimited karaoke access: KaraFun is a karaoke subscription with an ever-growing catalog, adding around 400 new songs every month.
Streaming service: The service is fully streaming, so you don't need to store each karaoke individually on your device.
Monthly automatic renewal: KaraFun's subscriptions are automatically renewed every month unless you cancel.
Easy cancellation and reactivation: You can cancel your subscription in one click from your account, and reactivate it anytime if you change your mind.

When does my subscription start?

Immediate activation: Your subscription starts as soon as your payment is validated.
Renewal date: It automatically renews on the same date each month unless you cancel beforehand.

No commitment: There is no obligation with KaraFun. You are free to cancel your subscription whenever you like.

First charge: Your card is usually charged within 2 working days after your subscription begins.
Monthly billing: After that, you are charged every month on the anniversary date of your subscription.
Full monthly payment: Each paid month of subscription is due in full. As such, even if you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the paid month.

You can cancel your KaraFun subscription at any time. The steps depend on where you subscribed.

Apple App Store: Subscriptions purchased via Apple must be cancelled through your Apple account.
Google Play Store: Subscriptions purchased via Google must be cancelled through your Google Play account.
Amazon: Subscriptions purchased via Amazon must be cancelled through your Amazon account.

Changing the renewal date: To change your monthly renewal date, you must cancel your subscription, wait for it to expire, then subscribe again on your desired date.
Price differences: Due to Apple and Google commissions, subscription prices are higher on the App Store and Play Store.
Switching to a cheaper price: To benefit from the lower website price, cancel your current app subscription, wait for it to expire, then subscribe again from the website.

If your card has been lost, stolen or expired, update your payment method on your account to avoid any interruption in service.
You may cancel immediately after subscribing, and your access will remain active until the end of the paid month.
Your subscription can be restarted at any time from your account page.
