This article explains how many devices you can use KaraFun on at the same time and how a single account works.
You can install KaraFun on as many devices as you like. The app is compatible with all the devices listed on this page. However, a single account can only be used on one device at a time. If you try to play music on two devices simultaneously using the same account, playback will be automatically blocked.
To use KaraFun on multiple devices at the same time, you need to create another account and subscribe to a separate subscription for that account. If you’re using a single account, simply close the app or log out on one device before signing in on another.
Tips
- If your music stops as soon as you try to play it, make sure the app isn’t being used on another device.
- Do not share your login details with others to avoid them interrupting your sessions.
- If you think someone is using your account without your permission, change your password immediately.
- If the remote control is active on one device, you won’t be able to use it on another. Make sure to disable it on the device you’re not using.
- If you don’t have access to the device where the remote control is active, enable and then disable parental control from your account on our website to reset the remote session.
