Learn how to update your debit or credit card information on KaraFun to ensure uninterrupted subscription payments and a smooth user experience.

  1. If you already have a card associated with your account, go to the “My Account” page and select the "My subscription" tab.
  2. Under the "Payment method" section, click on "Update card info."
  3. Enter your new card details and confirm the changes.
  4. Your subscription will continue until the renewal date, which you can check under “KaraFun Monthly Subscription.”
  5. On the renewal date, your updated card will be used for payment.

Tips

  • Always double-check your card number, expiry date, and security code to avoid payment failures.
  • Keep track of your subscription renewal date to ensure your updated card is used in time.
  • If you do not have a card associated with your account, you must wait for your subscription to end before signing up for automatic renewal with a new card.
  • Once there is no active subscription, you can sign back up and add your new card, which will be saved for future renewals. You can also delete it at any time to cancel your subscription.
  • If your subscription was purchased via Apple’s App Store, Google Play Store, or PayPal, make sure to update your payment method directly through these platforms.
  • Remove old cards from your account to avoid confusion with future payments.
